Chef Chris Crary’s second location of 1 Kitchen fol lows the same sustainability mindset of the West Hol lywood original but with Southern flair. Dishes like Fried Chicken Sliders with kimchi and Chickpea and Hominy Hummus bring global flavors while part nerships with local Tennessee purveyors ensure the ingredients are fresh and sourced close to home. 1 Hotel Nashville is also developing an on-site garden where Crary and his team can grow ingredients.
