These new gardens provide nesting and shelter spaces for pollinators, while adding a colorful new dimension to Rock City’s already stunning landscape. Visitors can spot blooming native flowers all summer long and hopefully some Monarchs as well. Also new this season: a temporary series of kinetic sculptures, handmade and installed by Rock City’s Innovations Team. These whimsical, wind-powered pieces shimmer and sway in the mountain breeze, reflecting sunlight and adding an unexpected touch of movement and creativity throughout the gardens. Like all of Rock City’s creative installations, these sculptures are thoughtfully integrated into the natural surroundings— enhancing, never competing with, the scenery.

A-Long Bridge, wander the stone corridors of Fairyland Caverns (with new lighting!), and feel the mist of the 140-foot waterfall cascading down Lover’s Leap.
