The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum provides an interactive, historical experience that adds an extra dimension to your visit to Chattanooga’s popular attractions. Here you will find the only regularly scheduled, full-sized train ride in Tennessee. The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum is so much more than entertainment, it’s your chance to experience the sights and sounds of yesteryear! Located in Chattanooga’s historic Southside District, the Coker Museum is next to the Chattanooga Convention Center and just a short walk from many of Chattanooga’s finest hotels. Housed in the famous Honest Charley’s Speed Shop building, the museum has been carefully curated with a collection of over 100 vintage cars, hot rods, motorcycles, trucks, buses and even 3 airplanes hanging overhead. The Coker Museum collection belongs to Corky Coker of world-renowned Coker Tire. You will also be able to view the working woodshop, fabrication area, paint booth, and machine shop. Event Space - The Coker Museum also serves as an event and wedding venue. With 13,000 sq. ft. of space, the mesmerizing display of antique vehicles and nostalgic setting with colorful neon signs, memorabilia and exposed brick walls create the perfect setting for an impressive event for up to four hundred attendees.
