The pizza menu at Look Out Winery includes The Roma (fire-roaste red peppers, sausage, and mushrooms), The Original (basil, mozzarel la, and tomato sauce), and The House Specialty (jumbo shrimp scampi, artisan sage sausage, and Italian spices). The Bordognas use Buffalo Mozzarella imported from Napoli, San Marzano plum tomatoes imported from the base of Mt. Vesuvius, and flou imported from Tuscany.
