Our 33' Genesis Supreme toy hauler has a doll-house sized kitchen with almost no counter space. The range has a top that folds down to create a little more counter space, and the kitchen sink has a cover as well, but there is still very little room to put any thing, never mind make a meal or set dishes out to dry. However, we had the perfect place at the end of our lower kitchen cabinets to place a fl ip-up shelf as long as we always remember to fl ip it down when we bring the slide in for traveling.
