Summer is over...so it’s now time to begin thinking about where you’ll be this winter! At least two new Hangouts will go on sale over the next two months, so read on, check your calendar and start making your plans.

WINTER BLAST HANGOUT FEBRUARY 15–20, 2023

Get ready for four evenings of incredible fi reworks displays during this fi ve-night Hangout in Lake Havasu City, Arizona! During the Western Pyrotechnic Asso ciation’s 34th Annual Winter Blast convention, WPA members ( fi reworks manufacturers, show producers and other enthusiasts) demonstrate their latest and most creative pyrotechnics for each other and the viewing public. People come to Winter Blast from all over the globe to see fi reworks that they would seldom, if ever, see at a public display anywhere else. New for 2023, the Winter Blast Hangout will include grandstand tickets to view the Saturday night fi reworks show right at the Havasu 95 Speedway, where you’ll be

able to see the incredible ground displays as well as the aerials. You’ll also enjoy a pyrotechnics talk by a WPA member, a hike through a beautiful slot canyon down to the lake, a bike ride to Lake Havasu’s famous London Bridge, a potluck brunch, live music in camp from several different bands and more. All RV sites at the rodeo grounds at SARA Park are dry-camping only, but there is water and a dump station on site, and a pump-out truck service is available for an additional fee.
