Their broadcasting equipment includes software and hardware like. • An on-board, fi xed server running Station Playlist Studio 6 and associated tools. • Adobe Audition software to handle audio production. • Citrus3 as the broadcast endpoint, that enables their fi xed server to relay our output to their service (this under-the hood tool connects website and app listeners to the station). • Pyle 6 Channel mixer, Blue Yeti studio microphone, Zoom H6 handheld portable recorder, and robust laptop. • Pepwave Max Transit Duo • And coming soon, Starlink for RVs, currently, Will is the main DJ for MyRVRadio, which he hopes to make his full-time gig. Meanwhile Lucinda continues focusing on what she loves most, writing and programming. As the station grows, the Beldens hope to bring in other RVers who will take on DJ and radio program development. “We will be looking for like minded, radio-interested RVers who would like to travel the U.S., attend rallies, and do broadcast and interview RVers for program content,” says Will. How to Get Involved with MyRVRadio For now, there are plenty of other ways for listeners to put their personal touch and experience on the station’s identity. A new MyRVRadio campaign called, Listen for me on the radio , enables on-location participation for listeners who want to give shout outs, tips and road-worthy advice to other RVers. And if you spot the couple’s “MyRVRadio” rig out on the road, stop to say hello and ask to be part of the shows. “We are looking for every RVers input into making this a station that will also support the RV community.”
audio experiences. During college, Will worked as a chief engineer’s assistant for KVNE/KGLY in Tyler, Texas. Lucinda worked in a major radio broadcasting corporation based in Jacksonville, Florida. “It was meant to be that all our past work lives came together for our RV Radio station KRVR-DB,” she says. When they aren’t live on the air, they’re brainstorming ways to grow their new radio station. Married 27 years with two kids and six grands, the motorcycle-riding couple is looking forward to this new chapter in their life on the road. Unlike many couples who say they could never work together in any capacity; Lucinda says they’re up to the task. “You may hear very loud discussions

coming from our rig because we are opinionated and passionate about our ideas for any project, we do together but just like in life, we fi nd a balance and make it happen.” To the casual observer, it might appear that MyRVRadio requires
