A Word from Our Group Director By WENDY STANWOOD #170314, Chapter/BoF Director A nd, just like that, the year 2023 is over. What an exciting year we’ve had, beginning with a large turnout in Quartzite, Arizona, for Party on Plomosa, to Escapade in Tuscon. We’ve also had many new BoFs start up this year. If you have not checked out the many Escapees Chapters and BoFs, I encourage you to see if one or more may be of interest to you, so you can join in the fun! There has been much interest and a lot of ideas and in the formation of new groups, and we hope to hear from others who may wish to form chapters in their area, or start up a new BoF special interest group. If you would like more information, please contact me by e-mail at chapterdirectors@escapees.com for assis tance. I can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for us.

If you plan to be in the Quartzite, Arizona, area on January 24, 2024 we invite you to join us at the Escapees Quartzite Happy Hour (Party on Plomosa) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST for an afternoon of food, fun and friends! There will be live music by the Status Crowes, along with a few of our Chapters, BoFs and SKP Co-Ops set up for a visit. Grab a friend, bring a chair and your favorite beverage and join us, approxi mately three miles out on Plomosa Rd. You’ll see the big Escapees trailer and signs. All are welcome.
