                                              T his issue of Escapees magazine is all about helping you head out on the road and begin to enjoy your spring and summer travels. Learn how to properly de-winterize your RV after it’s been in storage. We want to make sure you have all the mechanics of your rig in working order, so you can travel highways and byways with confidence. With limited storage space in an RV, do you know what tools you should keep on hand? Mark Nemeth covered basic RVer’s needs in the last issue and, in this issue, he covers important tools to keep in tow. It’s frustrating when you don’t have the proper tools for a mechanical problem. Do you still have an atlas or paper map in your glove box? Well, don’t throw it out yet. Even with today’s technology, paper maps can still be useful, especially when that technology is temporarily unavailable. Find out how these maps still play an important role in RV travel.
