Nickum, Dan #35970-September 6, 2015: (Evelyn, 2200 W Acacia Ave, Apt. E119, Hemet, CA 92545) We were members of Escapees for 20 years and VCRs for 10 years. Dan was 84 years old. I will no longer travel. Rodely, Alan #33371-October 25, 2015: (Caroline, 45323 Park Sierra Dr., #412, Coarsegold, CA 93614) Alan lost his battle with Parkinson’s disease. We had 15 good years of RVing until it slowed him down. He loved living in the SKP Park Sierra, and that is where I will continue to live. Seaver, Deborah Ann, RN #106149-December 26, 2015: (Bob, 529 Great North Road, Columbia, SC 29223) Debby and Bob were married 45 years. She was a nurse for 35 years, always caring for others before herself. Debby loved to spend time with her family, and she was a great cook, avid reader and enjoyed wildlife. She and Bob enjoyed RVing, and Debby was instrumental in restarting Escapees Carolina Rovers Chap- ter 29 in 2011. Her radiant smile, warm personality, selfless attitude, willingness to help and zest for life will be remembered. Her favorite saying was, “Happiness isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.” (Reported by friend Dianne Wood #113382, Chapter 29.) Treichel, Lloyd #78391-July 8, 2015: My father died from an aggressive lymphoma cancer. He was an Escapees member and enjoyed his RV travels for over 10 years until he began, what he called, a “settled living” in Tucson, Arizona. My father wrote his own obituary, and it can be viewed on his blog at wandrinlloyd.blogspot.com . (Reported by daughter Vanita Wolf.)

Burns, Beth #45450-May 9, 2015: (Frank, 600 W Vineyard Dr., Pasco, WA 99301) Beth enjoyed crafts and was a member of various sewing clubs. She really enjoyed going to Escapees events. She was a member of Roadrunners Chapter 7 and spent a lot of time at KOFA KO-OP in Yuma, Arizona. Echols, Thomas #53464-August 23, 2015: (Roberta, 120 N 350 W, #240, American Fork, UT 84003) Tom and I loved traveling together for 12 years. The whole idea of Escapees is wonderful, and we enjoyed every minute. Tom was so excited and tickled about making it to 80 years old because he was the first in three generations. The truck and trailer have been sold, so I will be staying home in Utah. Fuchs, Robert #56924-September 4, 2015: (Ruth Webb, 237 Palm Circle, North Fort Myers, FL 33917) Robert was a flight engineer and a chief master sergeant retired from the Air Force after 36 years. He loved the Reno air races and enjoyed traveling with Escapees. I will continue RV traveling. Long, Jean #2899-November 22, 2015: (Bert, PO Box 116, Moro, OR 97039-0116) We traveled for 22 years together. Jean died tragically from a head injury incurred from a fall. Latimer, David #77602-December 18, 2015: (Doris, 128 Mallard Point Rd., Mountain Home, AR 72653) David departed on his “Eternal Patrol” as the national submarine chaplain. He loved camping and traveling in our motorhome, and he looked forward to his Escapees magazine. I hope to be able to continue traveling for a while.
