We Hear You Escapees, and by extension Xscapers, have long had an iteration of the slogan, “Total Support Network.” Implicit in that slogan is the statement that we support you, col- lectively and as individuals. We strive, where practical, to offer services that aid you in experiencing the RV lifestyle more ef ¿ ciently so that you can spend more time doing the things you love. One of the best tools we have to better understand your wants and needs is the online survey. An online survey enables us to obtain feedback from a great many of you quickly and anonymously. Please know that we read your responses, and your responses inform the decisions of the Board of Directors. For instance, in a recent survey, we asked questions about what is your favorite membership bene ¿ t and what could we improve upon. Many of you responded that we need to focus on our parks and SKP Co-Ops, education of- ferings and mail-service programs. We heard you and your voices matter. In 2016, we will evaluate those bene ¿ ts, looking for ways to improve and increase them. Improve- ments take time, and change should be done purposefully and as a result of planning. Although you may not see a drastic overhaul of those programs by the next magazine issue, know that we are working on implementing the im- provements you requested. Thank you for taking the time to answer the surveys. Please know that we will send out more surveys when we need your help.
