Includes leveling flange for concrete applications, four (4) 5/16" x 1" leveling screws and leveling shims for non-level surface mounting • Residential/commercial • Top block can be flipped for 42" railing applications B) HEAVY-DUTY Structural Post Mount - Deck Mount Kit** • Kit Includes: One (1) 4-hole top mounting plate, one (1) 8-hole bottom mounting plate, four (4) 3/8" x 6" mounting bolts, eight (8) 3/8" washers, eight (8) 3/8" nuts and four (4) 5/16" x 1" leveling screws • Requires a post trim ring to cover top mounting plate
