The Mark, The Mark Penthouse NEWYORK Acting as the hotel of choice for the world’s rich and famous is no easy feat in a place as hyper-competitive as New York City, where fi ve-star hotels can be found on most blocks. But The Mark is such a hotel — the 1927 building overlooks Madison Avenue and is within close proximity to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (many A-listers stay here for the Met Gala).
