Style Traditional and elegant but revamped for 2015 by Hirsch Bedner, the design team behind the sleek luxe of Alpina Gstaad, Switzerland. Food and drink Among a number of noteworthy options, the bar is inspired by the King Cole in St. Regis New York (where the Bloody Mary was invented – look out for the Venetian version).
