EXPLORE TEL AVIV

Habima Square Habima is the National Theater of Israel and contains the Helena Rubinstein Pavilion, Habima Theater and the Philharmonic of Israel. The area is a magnet for theater goers, young families with kids and icons from the Israeli theater scene. habima.co.il

“I love shooting at Habima, as the urban pool in the middle of the square gives a great reflection”

Port Said restaurant This is a bar and restaurant with a hipsterish crowd. It has a great atmosphere, with diners pouring out into the streets. My favorite dish is eggplant carpaccio eaten with warm challah bread. It’s one of the places I always recommend to visitors.

Topolopompo restaurant Designed by the dynamic duo of Irene Kronenberg and Alon Baranowitz (who happen to be friends of mine), this restaurant has won awards for its design. The name means fire dragon in Korean. Try the Balinese Dorade with green herbs bumbu, and calamansi citrus juice. topolopompo.co.il
