Gayatri took her first flight when she was just 10 days old and hasn't looked back since. After working in Bangkok and Melbourne, she's now based in Hong Kong. She has worked at Jetsetter and Elite Traveler Asia , and is the travel columnist for Liv Magazine as well as contributing to many publications including The Loop and Buro 24/7 Singapore . p106

Jon's interest in photography began when he bought an Olympus OM-1 camera and some Fuji transparency film when he was 15 years old. Then after studying architecture in Brighton, he set off to travel the world and was signed up by the Telegraph Colour Library in London. Jon later set up his own agency and he still travels the world taking pictures. p122

After many years as a news reporter at Norway's VG and E24 , Mona Bristøl now works as a freelancer for different Norwegian and international publications. Fluent in Spanish, Mona is always on the look out for the next José Ignacio, but in the meantime she still enjoys an ice-cold caña somewhere on the west coast of Mallorca. p114
