If you’re not one for lying by the pool all day, the Spa &Wellness center has an excellent choice of indoor and outdoor sporting activities. The group sessions have the classics (yoga, Pilates, fit attack) as well as a few not-so-classic (try FloatFit: exercising while balancing on a waterboard). If you have specific goals, there’s also individual sports coaching in which a specialist will create a bespoke training program for you. Soothe your well-worked muscles in the 16,145 sq ft spa, complete with Kneipp pools, steam bath, ice fountain, hammam, outdoor Jacuzzis and private garden. There’s also a Kids & Teens spa where children and young people can discover the world of wellness with specialist treatments and organic products.
