For this secret watch (whose top flips open to reveal the watch dial beneath), Bulgari turns to the finest diamonds and rubies — topping the cover piece with a stunning antique cushion-cut Mozambique ruby that weighs 6.3 carats alone. The entire platinum watch case, dial and bracelet (which takes more than 1,600 hours to set) feature 48 baguette-cut rubies, 146 baguette-cut diamonds, three brilliant-cut diamonds and a pavé-set diamond dial. The watch in its
