Cabo del Sol – Cove Club Reopened in 2019 after a major renovation, the Cove Club, formerly the Ocean Course at Cabo del Sol, is the Jack Nicklaus Signature design that put Los Cabos on the international golf map when it debuted in 1994. Described by Nicklaus as occupying “the best piece of golf property I’ve ever seen,” the Cove Club, upgraded with a new landscape scheme, white-sand bunkers and a several new or modified holes, sprawls across a stunning desert landscape. The ebb-and-flow routing delivers players to the Sea of Cortes on both nines, delighting players at all ability levels. Currently open to unaccompanied play, this future private club is a wonderful combination of great terrain, and breathtaking design and flawless course conditions. Cabo del Sol – Desert Course The first TomWeiskopf-designed layout inMexico, Cabo del Sol’s Desert Course, routed high above the facility’s Cove Club, offers gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortes from every hole.. Strategic and well balanced, this 7,049-yard, par-72 layout offers a target-style golf experience, with broad sloping fairways leading to subtly contoured greens defended by large sculpted bunkers. It’s a course that aces and duffers alike can enjoy frommultiple sets of tees. According toWeiskopf, “The natural beauty of the desert, mountain and ocean provides an ideal setting and some of the best terrain for golf anywhere in the world.” Cabo Real Golf Club Cabo Real’s multi-themed course winds around cactus- lined canyons, rolling hills and arroyos. It also leads players to the shoreline, where the desert meets the sea. Designer Robert Trent Jones II contoured the layout’s mounds and green complexes tomimic the shapes of the mountain peaks in the Sierra de la Laguna range that backdrop the course. Cabo Real’s front nine is short and sporty; the back nine, carved into steep desert foothills high above the sea, presents one of the firmest tests of golf in Los Cabos. Cabo San Lucas Country Club Treated to a major renovation in 2018 byMexican architect Agustin Piza, Cabo San Lucas Country Club boasts one of the destination’s most playable and scenic courses. The 6,852-yard, par-71 layout, one of the first built in the area, winds through groves of Palo Blanco trees, endless cacti and colorful bougainvillea. To further add to its parkland- style beauty, the gently rolling fairways overlook the Sea of Cortes, with views stretching to the arch at Land’s End, Cabo’s iconic landmark. Chileno BayGolf &Beach Club Centerpiece of a 1,200-acre private resort community, Chileno Bay is a brilliant Tom Fazio-designed layout marked by graceful flowing landforms that simulate rolling ocean waves. Club Campestre San Jose Tucked in rolling desert foothills 15minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, this Nicklaus Design course is marked by sandy waste areas, numerous grand-scale bunkers and winding arroyos that crisscross the fairways, calling for sound tactics. Quivira Golf Club Perched at the tip of the Baja Peninsula and offering stunning panoramic views of the Pacific, Quivira scales the heights at Land’s End. Marked by huge windswept dunes, sheer granite cliffs and rolling desert foothills, Quivira fully embraces Cabo’s unique mountain-desert-ocean ecosystem. Opened in 2014 and the sixth Jack Nicklaus- designed course in Los Cabos, Quivira combines dazzling views, dizzying elevation changes and unforgettable challenges. Rancho San Lucas Golf Club Centerpiece of a 834-acre resort community fronting the Pacific Ocean 15minutes fromCabo San Lucas, Rancho San Lucas features a new ‘least-disturbance’ design by Greg Norman. The 7,210-yard, par-72 layout, opened to preview rounds in late 2019, spans three different ecosystems, rambling through windswept dunes, climbing through a thick cactus forest, and bringing players to the beach and sea on both nines. TwinDolphinGolf Club Opened in 2018, Twin Dolphin’s naturalistic, eco-friendly course, designed by Fred Couples and Todd Eckenrode of Origins Golf Design, is perched 180meters above the Sea of Cortes. Holes meander across a broad sloping plateau bisected by a trio of rugged arroyos, with sweeping ocean views from every fairway. Landing areas are generously wide; the firm, fast course conditions invite players to hit bump ‘n run shots to access the slick, undulating greens. Twin Dolphin is a private club but is accessible to guests of Montage Los Cabos, a 122-roombeachfront hotel. Vidanta Golf Los Cabos The first golf course built in Los Cabos (1987), Vidanta is a delightful, family-friendly nine-hole layout designed for enjoyment. While not long at 3,153 yards (par 35), this gently rolling course, set above the Sea of Cortes, has slim fairways and small greens defended by well-placed bunkers. Walkers are welcome.

The 7,363-yard, par-72 golf course enjoys dramatic, long-range views of the Pacific and was designed to accommodate a wide range of players. El Cardonal is accessible to guests of the Hard Rock and Nobu hotels opened at Diamante in 2019. El DoradoGolf &Beach Club Parted through a desert landscape of colorful canyons and expansive arroyos, El Dorado, designed by Jack Nicklaus, features rolling saddled fairways, huge bunker complexes and picturesque green sites. A private club operated by Discovery Land Co., El Doradomeanders through a pair of stark canyons divided by a big rocky hill.
