In this light-filled wood, marble and olive-green dining room, wholesome dishes highlight ingredients taken from the ground. Hearth Also led by chef Gyngell, Hearth exhibits the same well-defined sense of place as Marle, championing the local produce with a menu that continually evolves according to what meat, seafood, vegetables and herbs are available.
