An Island-based St. Patrick's Day cocktail that will make your friends green with envy. Forestal and herbaceous, this cocktail is a modern spin on a gin sour. Add a drop of organic green food colouring to make the colour really pop!
Ingredients 1.5 oz Tofino Distillery Old Growth Cedar Gin ½ oz Green Chartreuse 1 oz house sour mix (equal parts fresh lemon, lime and sugar) one egg white 2 dashes Black Cloud Charred Cedar Bitters coupe glass fresh cedar tip for garnish METHOD Dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain and serve.
