DIE SET COMPONENTS

Superior manufactures premium components for die makers and metal stampers, including Guide Pins, Bushings, and Ball Bearing Retainer Cages (“Ball Cages”) in the major industry-accepted configurations - Superior, Lamina ®, and Danly®.

ProPlastica® offers a unique line of mold components including Glide-Rite™ Ejector components, Slide Locks™, Return-Rite™ springs, and EXAFlow® tunnel gates. Combined with our standard mold parts like pins, bushings, sprue bushings, locating rings, mold locks, and mold cooling products, ProPlastica® is the mold maker’s easy choice for in-stock and special components. FORGING COMPONENTS

Superior produces OEM quality replacement components for all major forging equipment manufacturers. This includes, In-stock, standard parts for CECO-Drop and Power hammers like: piston rods, clamp shoes, ram bushings, piston rings, dog tips, and rocker bushings.

SPRINGS

Superior Die Set is a ‘master’ distributor for Associated Spring/Raymond and provides mechanical springs produced under all major standards including: NAAMS, ISO, and D-Line. Superior is also a longstanding and trusted distributor/partner for Kaller® Nitrogen Gas Springs.
