Hands On The Future

C ommunication, organization and hands-on training skills are essential in connecting to your future career endeavors. Health, Green, and the Aviation programs strive to do just that. The main ambition of these academies are to help the student decide future career aspirations by providing real world situations to challenge and overcome. " Simulators, drones, field trips, and a lot of fun" - Mr.Mourhess . Students are given the opportunity to work hands on, using flight simulators, health equipment, and by attending field trips respectable to their field.They're able to become familiar with how exactly the professions in the Green, Health, and Aviation fields operate, and the different layers that come within these professions. These academies also contribute to the strong relationships students are able to create and their ability to work with variant types of people despite having differences. They are given group, hands on, projects that strengthen communication and leadership skills. "Friendly welcoming vibe" - Mathew Ortiz 12th. By being in such a welcoming environment it gives students the chance and inspiration to develop those essential communication skills and personal experience for their future endeavors. Learning what it takes Junior Fernando Prado worked with Mr. Mourhess and said, "What could differentiate aviation from other classes is the job aspect and future paths that come with it. We learn what it takes to get a drone and private pilot license."

Personal experience

"Simulators, drones, field trips, and alot of fun." -Mr.Mourhess. Students in aviation program are given opportunities to use equipment specific for your desired profession, for intsnace flight simulators and drones.
