Coach Vera expressed how he was "excited to see what the track season had in store for the team," he knew that the team was going to give it "all they had and whatever happened happened."

Junior Dali Lopez said "The best part about being in the DMHS Track Team was that I got to make close relationships with my teammates and make fun memories. "

Way Back When

Senior Jimena Ordaz shared that her most memorable moment in track was her sophomore year when she ran as an anchor for the 4x4 relay at a meet versus Rancho Mirage and the team was losing by 100 miters but she was able to catch up to the other teams anchor which allowed her team to win .
