After the first half of the game our team was losing 3-0. The team decided they did not want to commit the same mistake as last year and realized they needed to make a comeback quick. Once the second half started our team scored their first goal of the match and began to gain confidence as they kept scoring. At the end of the game a total of 5 goals were scored by our team leading us to a 4-5 win. "We do the talking on the field, every loss you take only makes you stronger" captain Steven Rodriguez stated. Story by Yarline Cabrera.

When you looked at the bench area you would see (or hear) Coach Zamora yelling out instructions to his soccer players making sure they scored as many goals before the referee signaled the timer at zero. He encouraged his players to enjoy the season because it was the journey which marked the best of memories.

continued. It was just another game for Rancho High but for our team it was a chance at redemption, to take their rightful win. Even when the rain continued to pour down, the crowd did not bother to leave and instead watched from the sheltered areas not wanting to miss a moment.
