POSKE’S RETURN POLICY Parts returned for exchange or refund must be in resalable condition. No returns for refund after 15 days. No refunds on electrical parts opened and out of their original package or used. All refunds are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee and returned freight unless the reason for the refund or return is our fault. No return or exchange on any part installed or used. Call for a return authorization number before shipping anything back.

HOW TO ORDER We offer several ordering options.We have several dealers that carry our performance products.We encourage you to shop these dealers and if you would like we will provide you with the names of any dealers in your area. If there is no dealer in your area, you can call us toll free.We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and take your order. Please include when ordering, the quantity and part numbers or descriptions and of course include your name, address, zip code and phone number.We acceptVisa and Mastercard credit and debit cards as well as Discover and American Express credit cards and if you choose to use a credit or debit card please provide us with all of the necessary information. Many times from February thru September our telephones are very busy making it dif fi cult to phone in an order. You can also order via fax @ 304-485-8038 or you can email your order by addressing it toTodd, Bryan, Allen, or Kyle directly or email the sales staff in general at sales@poske.com. You can also place an order online via our website at www. poske.com. Most of the items in our catalog can be shipped UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Orders will have to be prepaid by credit card or check card. We will do our best to ship your order the same day you place it and most cases will be able to do so. However, due to the many forces affecting the carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery time.Those items that we are not able to ship UPS, Fed Ex or USPS can be shipped common carrier. All common carrier orders have to be paid for in advance of shipment. We have favorable rates arranged with several carriers and will be glad to pass the freight savings on to you.
