SHIPPING:

Most orders ship same day if placed by 3:00 PM, EST. Due to drop-ship orders of many items, you may receive various packages. If you receive merchandise that appears to have been damaged in shipping, notify the carrier and a Dalton representative within 24 hours to ensure claim is handled promptly. RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your order from Dalton, please call for authorization number within 30 days from the time you received the order. Items must be totally clean and in resalable condition to receive full credit. All returns not due to DBH error may result in up to 25% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 60 days. Freight charges are not refundable unless the return is due to DBH’s error. The products in this catalog carry a warranty from the manufacturer not from D.B.H. Wholesale. Therefore, any item sent back for such reason will be at the descretion of the manufacturer. Any item that has been altered or disassembled will no longer be covered under warranty. Returns found to be due to improper application or misuse(i.e. bent rods) are not covered. Dalton does not provide engineering advice, product design advice, or application assistance.
