LEAD-FREE TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE • For hot water supply systems - fully automatic pressure & temperature relief protection for domestic, hot water supply tanks & heaters based on the latest American Standard Z21.22 listing requirements for temperature discharge capacity • Available with extension thermostat for installation in hot water outlet or a short thermostat for installation directly in available tank tapings • Bronze body construction, non-mechanical seat-to-disc alignment that will not stock or freeze • Temperature relief 210° F • Features a unique thermostat with special thermo- bonded (non-metallic) protective coating • This feature forms a highly protective dielectric barrier which isolates the copper thermostat from the heater water to prevent accumulations of mineral deposits and galvanic corrosive action
