Measurement Guide Inside Mount ρ Blinds are mounted inside the window casing. Use a metal measuring tape (cloth tapes may stretch). ρ Measure the width in 3 different places and the narrowest width. ρ Order based on blind width to the nearest 1/8". Do not order blinds wider than the inside width. ρ Measure the length from the top of the window opening to the top of the windowsill. ρ Select the length (drop) closest to your window's length. Do not order blinds shorter than your window opening.

Outside Mount

ρ Blinds are are mounted inside the window casing. Use a metal measuring tape (cloth tapes may stretch). ρ Measure the exact width and length of the entire area to be covered. For added light control and privacy, we recommend adding approximately 1-1/2" on each side and approximately 3” for overall length. ρ Order based on blind width to the nearest 1/8". Do not order blinds wider than the outside width. ρ Select the length (drop) closest to your window’s length. Do not order blinds shorter than the area to be covered.
