While it is our policy to maintain everyday low prices, market conditions, and manu- facturer price increases may require necessary adjustments without no- tice. Incorrect pricing could get published due to typographical errors. In these cases, the most current pricing provided by the manufacturer will supersede the mistake. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales, use, and other taxes relating to the sale. The buyer shall pay costs associated with the purchase or delivery of the product. Ordering Products… It’s fast! Payment… For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at point of sale and for online payment of invoices. We also take Check by Phone and ACH Debit. Qualified customers may establish an open account after completing and approving a credit application. Payments are due on all orders within 7 days after receipt of the product. After 30 days from invoice date, balances left unpaid will incur a 1.5% finance charge per month (18% APR). If we find it necessary to place an account into collection, fees and other costs associated with the collection will be assessed. Equipment… DHP requires a deposit on all large equipment orders over $5,000. Bal- ance of payment is due when the equipment is installed. Please note we cannot provide long-term storage of any customer’s equipment pur- chases. All equipment orders are non-returnable, and sales are final. We honor manufacturer warranties in addition to our 90-day labor warranty. Complete and return all warranty information required immediately upon taking delivery of your new equipment. After-hours service is available in select areas. Shipping & Handling… All orders within the continental U.S. are subject to a handling charge. A fuel surcharge may apply to orders. Bulk items and liquids may incur ad- ditional freight charges. Expedited freight is available at an additional cost. Hazardous Materials… The hazardous materials symbol indicates products classified as hazard- ous by the Department of Transportation (DOT). All hazardous materials are subject to a hazardous materials surcharge. This charge is added to your invoice or credit card transaction. DOT regulations prohibit the ship- ment of hazardous materials by air freight. Proposition 65… Proposition 65 requires businesses to warn Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, congenital disabilities, or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Califor- nians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or released into the envi- ronment. Due to the requirement to post this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals. You will find these items marked with the warning symbol within our web store. DHP updates this data upon receipt by manufacturers for their products. • Before returning ANY item, you must call DHP’s Customer Service Department, 800.626.2163, for a return authorization number within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns must have prior consent for return by DHP, which DHP may withhold for any reason. • Include a copy of the original invoice and the reason for return with the item. • Items may be returned if unmarked, unopened, and in original sealed packaging. • Resalable items returned 30 days after the invoice date will be subject to restocking fees. • It’s the customer’s responsibility to schedule and pay for the shipping of item(s) returned. For your own protection, we suggest you insure the package for the full value of the item(s) being returned. Should the item(s) be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require you to file a claim directly with them. • DHP will inspect the item to determine if its condition is viable for resale. A credit will be issued to the invoiced account if the inspection is positive. Cash refunds are not given unless the product is determined to be defective or product was ordered in error by DHP. • Claims for order shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within ten (10) days of invoice date to be eligible for issuing a credit.
