I have built this program by building life-long relationships. That has led to kids trusting me as a coach and believing in themselves and their teammates. They know whatever happens at the end of the day, we are able to celebrate success and be able to critique the faults without bad feelings. I am fortunate to have great kids on and off the course. Every day is a learning experience that leads to growth both athletically and as an individual.
