Crest Nurse Call Adapters Adapters accommodate multiple nurse call devices from a single wall receptacle or convert your existing station to an alternative plug style. Allows patient monitoring equipment to be used simultaneously with a standard call cord or pillow speaker.

Nurse Call & Communications: 08 - 107 Type D Adapter The Type D Adapter converts your existing receptacle to one 1 " phone receptacle. 1/4 " Phone Plug 2-conductor plug

Type Y2 Adapter The Type Y2 Adapter converts your exist- ing receptacle to one female receptacle of the same style and one 1 " phone receptacle.

Type Y Adapter The Type Y Adapter converts your existing receptacle to two 1 " phone receptacles.

Type B Adapter The Type B Adapter converts your existing receptacle to the same receptacle and a 1 " phone receptacle. All Type B Adapters (except 9477, shown above left) include a 9" extension cord and plug.

Type Y3 Adapter The Type Y3 Adapter converts your existing receptacle to two of your existing receptacles.
