Both our Low Gluten and Gluten free hosts are baked in a dedicated bakery using positive air pressure to create a totally contaminant free room. They are individually wrapped and packed 25 hosts per box and sold only in full boxes. Each host packaged individually to prevent cross contamination in transit and while stored. Low Gluten Hosts $13.95 Box These hosts are made from wheat starch and water. Made primarily for the Catholic Church where Canon Law requires the breads to be made from only pure wheat Á our and water. The gluten content of each wafer is less than 20 parts per million, which quali À es as Gluten Free for those with Celiac Disease. Gluten Free Hosts $13.95 Box The gluten free wafers are made using: water, garbanzo bean Á our, potato starch, tapioca Á our, whole grain sweet white sorghum Á our, fava bean Á our and palm oil. The gluten content of our gluten free wafer is 6 parts per million. Gluten Free hosts are acceptable for use in most Christian services but they are considered to be invalid for the Roman Catholic Mass.
