HIGH DENSITY FOAM BUFFING & POLISHING PADS

S.M. Arnold, Inc.’s NEW VELOCITY™ DX High Density FoamPads are manufactured to perform exceptionally well with the Long ThrowGear Driven, Rotary and DAmachines. Chemicals are continuously applied to the working surface, providing constant lubrication between the pad and the surface. • VELOCITY™ DX Foam Pads feature a tapered edge and conforms to any panel shape and fits into tight areas with ease. Also protects surface working area from the backing plate. • VELOCITY™ DX Foam Pads produces premium results, reduces labor time, and uses less chemicals. • VELOCITY™ DX Foam Pads are available in three sizes: 4”, 6” and 7”. The foam pad descriptions on this page only apply to the VELOCITY™DX High Density Foam Pads.

• Large-pore, thick-wall design feels very rigid for heavy surface defects and swirls. • Becomes more pliable during use. CUTTING

• Smaller pore structure to cut through moderate surface defects with minimal swirls. • Requires only minimal follow-up polishing. • Feels softer to the touch. • Leaves a nice finish. BUFFING

• For general polishing. • Eliminates minor surface defects while restoring gloss without swirls. • Increases the gloss level while providing superior correction speed. POLISHING
