Dear CBA Members and Guests:
The Bar Show, now in its 94th year, is a wonderful and joyful prelude to the holiday season. For almost a century, the show has parodied national, international and local figures in the news with a special focus on the fodder provided by our state and local politi- cians during the past year. The very talented lawyers and judges, all members of the CBA, who write and perform in the Bar Show remind us of the human foibles that can and often do afflict some of the most newsworthy personalities of our era. Through the years, the bar show’s writers have used an incredibly wide and totally unfiltered lens in deciding who is most deserving of a good lampooning. The song and dance pillorying is all in good fun and reminds us as we close out another year with “Much To Sue About Nothing” of the Bard’s sage advice…”with mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come.” Enjoy the show!
My best wishes to you and yours for a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season and New Year!
