The CBA is pleased to announce the formation of the CBA In-House Counsel Committee. The committee will support attorneys who work inside the legal departments of Chicago businesses as well as exter nal law firms that advise such in-house lawyers. Members will discuss issues and topics specific to the mission and management of cor porations and other business organizations, provide a forum for an exchange of ideas and best practices, and offer an opportunity for in house and external counsel to connect and develop their networks. Committee officers for the first year will be Carl Bergetz, general coun sel at Rush University System for Health, Chair, and Justin T. Johnson, a client services partner at Latitude, Vice Chair.
