What is one major aspect you think turns individual players into a team?

“The biggest thing that turns individual players into a team is battling adversity together. A lot of our prac tices are extremely difficult, with heavy loads of con ditioning and sessions that the team needs to come together and rely on each in order to get through. Go ing through this together definitely brings us together as a team.”
