At the beginning of the year, the members of the Angelos staff decided they would create a book that would underscore the joy and community found at California Baptist University. This book would not have been possible without:

Dr. Mary Ann Pearson, director of student publications, and Sonya Singh, assistant director of publications, for the unending encouragement, advice, and snacks left in the newsroom. The amazing Monica Loera and Carlos Giron, our Walsworth representatives, for answering any and all frantic last-minute calls and quite literally making this book possible. Reagan Lee and Lauren Sawdey, our lovely graduate assistants, for lending their much-needed help and expertise. The staffs of our sister publications the Banner newspaper and Pursuit Magazine, for sharing the stories, the manpower, and the late nights. Instagram and Zoom, for allowing us to conduct our interviews when we couldn’t physically meet people. Real life-savers. And finally all the students who made it (and those that didn’t) into this book! We couldn’t have made it through this unconven tional year without you.

The Specs: Volume 68 of the Angelos yearbook was printed by Walsworth Publishing Co. of Marceline, Mo. Monica Loera served as the yearbook representative, Kate Johnson is the cover artist and Kathy McCollum was the customer service representative. This book contains 208 pages on FSC certified legend matte 100# paper stock. The cover is a 160pt board custom design, four-color cover wih matte lamination. The endsheets were printed on 100# legend gloss. All photographs were taken digitally. Some of the pho tos were edited.
