Leader in the Fraternal Sector Bill has made a huge impact on the fraternal system nationwide. As a member of the American Fraternal Alliance (AFA) Board of Directors and former Board Chair, he helped lead a restructuring of the Alliance to ensure it best fulfills its mission.
