This year’s Barristers Big Band Benefit Ball “Ode to Jazz!” will be held on Friday, April 26, starting with a gala reception with fabu- lous food and open bar from 6:00–7:00 p.m. followed by delightful dancing that includes a dance lesson, a dance contest, and a silent auction filled with a variety of treasures. Tickets for the Benefit Ball are still only $50 per person. The Ball raises much needed funds to support the CBA’s Symphony Orchestra, which is the only bar association symphony orchestra in the country. The CBA’s Orchestra and Chorus will be performing again at Chi- cago’s legendary Symphony Center on Saturday, June 22.
