CARtoons Magazine Issue #47 2023

To all our Loyal Readers. Another Issue complete. We are getting close to our 50th Issue! And to all you Artists out there, to celebrate our 50th issue, don’t forget to enter our CARtoons Cover Contest that we have going on. You can create the ultimate CARtoons Cover that will be judged by the fans and the winner will receive $500! PLUS your cover artwork will be published for the whole world to see!!! Details are on our websites homepage. Go check it out! Next issue, we focus on Drag Racing. Definitely due for those fans that love that side by side racing action. Cover will be created by our very own, Paul B. Townsend. Definitely don’t miss out. As for our side projects, sorry to say that we still have no updates. Seems since this pandemic, any “process” is very slow. We will still keep pushing forward to lock some of these side projects in and when we do, you all will be the first to know! For now, keep spreading the word that we are back in print. Share our posts and support CARtoons by ordering any of our merch on our website. As your support continues, so will this publication. Without you, we would still be just a memory from the past! With tons of love from the entire CARtoons Team!!! Sincerely; Marc Methot - CEO of CARtoons Magazine Inc.

Thank Hey guys & gals and welcome back to publishing these great CARtoons magazines again! I'm slow on the uptake (news is slow to travel in the great flatlands of America) and need to order some back issues, but just found out you were all back in business. Congrats from a long-time fan! I've been reading these since most men evolved from ape and they have always inspired my creativity and artwork. Would you mind a humble request? I would find it an honor and privilege if I could just get one of my doodle drawings into one of your mags. They are old pencil drawings I messed with back in the day. Please? It would be so awesome! L. Powell

Was digging through my old comics and found some of my cartoons mostly in the 80s but some 60s also. I would like to find out more information about to many things. R. Peace

You would be surprised on how many original CARtoons fans still don’t know we are back to print. Spreading the word helps keep us established. Thanks for the support! You can check out Mr. Powell’s work on PG.40

We love those classic CARtoons. We would need more details of what info you are looking for. If you are talking collector value, it is hard to say the value. They are worth what someone is willing to pay. A price guide with CARtoons would be cool.

Please, please, PLEASE! Get more shirts. I have the baseball one and went to Willow Springs Raceway. Several people there want one. I want a medium shirt as a gift for my teacher at Drift 101. He outright refused a tip, and he wants some CARtoons swag. Thanks for your quick remedy to this situation. All the best. PS It was nice to see Krass and Bernie. I did not know their backstory. Hopefully, they are back to stay, even if Deuce and Pinstripe stay on the first pages (I like them too). S.Rover

Hello Marc, Hope all is going well as I'm still enjoying the best magazine in the world. Could I get the link to your advertising page. Thanks, R. Lindahl Thanks for all your support. You can find all our advertising options with prices on our ad website. Just head to www.advertising.cartoonsmag.com

We do our best on ordering new swag to keep up with demand. It’s all on budget. We are still working on a fully established budget. Goals met equals tons of new merch!

Thanks for sharing your friends story. Most of our Artists create commissioned artwork on the side. If you have Facebook, head to “The CARtoonists” FB Group and message the artist direct who you like. Hello, I am wondering if any of your artists offer an option to create a customized print? I am looking for a way to honor my friend, who is has been a CARtoons fan since he was young, who is a fulltime single Dad. He has an older Ford truck that he is hoping to restore one day but currently all of of time and money are dedicated to his daughter. There is nobody I know that works harder than this man, he is an incredible Dad who works fulltime and also works numerous side jobs. I would love to be able to buy him something that is nostalgic and one of a kind. Thank you for considering. A. Flitcroft

Hi Marc, I really enjoy seeing stuff in your magazine and truly appreciate the recent pull out poster....that was a dream come true for this CARtoons kid of the 80s. Please let me know if you ever want to do something like that again. I can "tweak" anything as needed to make it more CARtoonss specific.

Take care, S. Frazier

We always appreciate art submissions for “My ARTtoons”. Nothing more cooler then sharing artwork

from our readers from around the world. Check out Mr. Fraziers work on PG.9!
