GETTING TO CAMX CAMX Location Orange County Convention Center, West Building 9800 International Drive Orlando, FL 32819 Transportation/Parking

Shuttle Buses: Complimentary shuttle service will run Tuesday through Thursday from the Rosen Plaza and DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando SeaWorld and the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Attendees staying at the Residence Inn or SpringHill Suites can use the I-Ride Trolley for transportation. The Hyatt Regency and Rosen Centre are connected to the OCCC via a covered skywalk, so shuttles are not needed.

I-RIDE Trolleys: Taking an I-RIDE Trolley is one of the most convenient and least expensive ways to explore the International Drive resort area. Trolley stops are conveniently located in front of the West building on International Drive. Trolley passes are available for purchase at the OCCC Guest Services desk. For maps and fare information, visit the I-RIDE Trolley website www.idrivedistrict.com. Parking: The OCCC operates on-site vehicle parking at the West Building. The West Building parking lot can be accessed a number of ways — via Exhibit Drive (north entrance), via Convention Way (south entrance) and via West Entrance Drive off Westwood Boulevard. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage. Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.

For the convenience of visitors, there are ATMs located in each lobby of the North, South and West concourses.

Registration for attendees and exhibitors is located in the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Lobby C (Level 2). Attendees and exhibitors may pick up their badges and registration materials as well as purchase additional tickets to networking events and programming sessions, change their registration or purchase the conference proceedings. Lost badges will be reprinted once at no charge and a photo ID is required for all badge reprinting. A $30 charge will be applied to badges reprinted more than once.

Water Bottle Fill Stations: Refill your reusable bottle with filtered water at one of the many drinking fountains/fill stations throughout the building. SHOW POLICIES Registration Badges

Registration badges must be worn at all times during the event. Badges cannot be shared with or loaned to other people. Anyone found to be doing so will be asked to pay the Full Conference registration fee. Photography and Videography Registration, attendance and participation in CAMX, ACMA and SAMPE meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant for ACMA’s and SAMPE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant/attendee’s image and/ or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions and audio of such events and activities. Photography/videography is not allowed in the Exhibit Hall or any Conference Program session unless previously arranged for and approved by CAMX show management. Antitrust Guidelines All participants agree to adhere to the following Antitrust Guidelines in order to prevent unintentional violations of the antitrust laws. The following topics of discussion must be avoided at CAMX: • Current or future prices, rates or bids (great care must be taken in discussing past prices, rates or bids) • What constitutes a “fair” profit level
