GENERAL INFORMATION

Age Restrictions CAMX is a professional trade show and is not appropriate for children. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted on the Exhibit Hall floor, unless special arrangements have been made in advance with CAMX show management. This is for the safety of all event participants. Phones As a courtesy, please mute your cell phones while in program sessions. Weapons CAMX attendees are not permitted to carry weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms, onto the premises of any CAMX events. We reserve the right to require conference participants who violate this policy to immediately leave the event. Each attendee agrees to comply with this policy, regardless of whether or not signs prohibiting weapons are posted at the premises of any o cial CAMX event.

Harassment CAMX is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. CAMX attendees, exhibitors and vendors violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the show organizers.
