Lost & Found Misplaced items may be turned in at CAMX registration. These will be kept at the CAMX registration area until the conclusion of the event, at which time they will be turned over to the Georgia World Congress Center. Business Center FedEx O ce operates a Business Center which is located at the Georgia World Congress Center Building C Lobby. An additional business center is in the Building A/B Lobby. Both o er services including copying, fax, packing and Scootaround rentals, and etc. Safety, Security and Emergency Information In case of an emergency locate a red phone located throughout the convention center and dial 4911. For minor medical assistance, the first aid o ce is located near the main entrance into CAMX on Level 1 or call 404-223-4911. If you have specific dietary requirements and did not indicate this on your registration form, please inform the registration desk. Check with your server for information on specific ingredients, and be sure to inform them of any requirements. Also note that the concession stands in the food court areas o er products to meet a variety of dietary needs. Mobility Services The GWCC has a limited number of wheelchairs available for use. Scootaround devices are available for rent from the FEDEX Business Center in A/B Lobby or in C building Lobby. Smoking Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping is not permitted anywhere within the Georgia World Congress Center. Smoking outside the building is permitted, provided that it takes place at least 25 feet from any entrance doors to the facility. ADA And Dietary Information Dietary Requirements

Wireless Access Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the main lobby area the Georgia World Congress Center except inside the Exhibit Hall and Meeting Rooms. Look for the Wi-Fi name “GWCC Free Wi-Fi.” If needed, additional bandwidth can be purchased for daily rates, please email info@ccld.net . Food Concessions Food concessions are near the ACE Awards Pavilion in the back left side of the hall and near CAMX Park Place in the back right corner of the hall. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please be sure to inform the servers. Cashless Transactions Please note that the Georgia World Congress Center is a cashless venue. Only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay will be accepted at locations within the convention center that require payment, such as parking and food stand locations. Avial, Plus, Honor, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cirrus and Alert cards are accepted.
