Talking to some of my seniors, who know what the playoff experience looks like, we understand that it’s going to be a matter of focus and determination to reach that point again. We can’t assume that a team is just going to roll over and give us the win. They’ve got to come ready. Our focal point this year has been ‘do everything for your teammate’. So, they’re working hard for those beside them, not just for themselves.
