Dear group leader, It has been only a few days since I returned from the annual NATIONAL TOUR ASSOCIATION convention in Shreveport, La. It was nice to see old friends in the industry and I was very active in negotiating the best rates for my group leaders. Our suppliers and groups constantly praise us on our very straight forward way of doing business, easy to understand catalog and no bureaucracy in reaching people. Groups were calling already this past June for our new catalog as they wanted to plan for 2024 a year in advance. We were able to accommodate them as well. As we are approaching our 40th year in business I am amazed on how much the industry has changed. For instance no more discount booklets in booklet form at outlets are given out anymore – everything is online via QR code. Yet somethings have not changed at BOB MANN TOURS as we still have our old time family values: staff still answers their own phones and we are known by all of our suppliers as being the most honest and fairest with the most competitive rates. This year was one of our busiest ever. We now have two additional offices in Philadelphia and Chamblee, GA for our southern groups. Most of our coaches have been upgraded to 2024 models and all of our drivers are vetted and in compliance with all state and federal guidelines. 2024 promises to be another banner year. With the new show “DANIEL” opening at SIGHT AND SOUND in March we have again secured only orchestra seats (mid center) for our hundreds of groups who go with us every year. The WIZ broadway musical is coming back this spring. We have many groups who have preordered seats as they don’t want to be left out. Dont forget to see our special event section with so many new shows and loads of fun. Our NORDIC TOURS continue to be the best for all you can eat lobsterfeasts plus casino and outlets. As always we are here for you. Last year we did over 100 custom made trips to Portland, Maine, Little Rock, Arkansas and a Harriet Tubman 5 day tour to name a few.
