YEARS OF IMPACT. But here's another reality: Kentucky attorneys have the power to change this. Through the Kentucky Bar Foundation, your $50 contribution joins forces with other attorneys to create real solutions. Last year, our grants helped: • provide court advocacy services to 650 survivors of interpersonal violence in Fayette and surrounding counties. • provide over 1000 criminal justice advocacy services for child abuse cases including over 750 case reviews utilizing the grant funded Vida Nyx/Guarify system in Eastern Kentucky • obtain 48 expungements and offer workshops designed by Kentucky State to enhance workplace employability skills helping individuals move forward toward a fresh start But we had to turn down worthy grant applications because we lacked funding.
