Wolford’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and commercial finance matters. Before joining Stites & Harbison, he worked as a law clerk for Judge Danny J. Boggs, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (2023-24). Prior to that he

was a law clerk for Judge Karen K. Caldwell, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky (2022-23). Wolford earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, valedictorian, summa cum laude , and Order of the Coif, in 2022. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

As an associate attorney, Wetton will join the litigation team, where his areas of focus will include business and commercial law, insurance litigation, and probate and estate planning. Wetton obtained his juris doctorate from Bel mont University College of Law in Nashville. He graduated from Centre College with a B.A. in philosophy. Wetton is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Tennessee. Hickey received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May of 2024, and she graduated from Western Kentucky University, summa cum laude , with a degree in finance.
