Leveling up: The driving force behind one consultant’s REBC achievement

A decade-long veteran of the benefits field, Anna O’Connell, a benefit consultant at Intrepid in Atlanta, Georgia, has been an active NABIP member for about three years. Recently earn ing her Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) certification, she shares the moti vation behind her pursuit of this professional milestone, exclusively available through NABIP. What made you decide to earn your REBC designation? through the CEBS program. Last year, I had a child and started real izing that I wanted to keep up with my career after having a child.
