Charleston, South Carolina, is a city of resplendent beauty. Of pastel houses curtained by the lace of Spanish moss intertwined in live oaks and palmettos. A colorful canopy of crepe myrtle, wisteria and camellias. Tucked away alleys and glorious hidden gardens. The soft flicker of gas lanterns. The subtle fragrance of gardenias and magnolias. Cascad ing window boxes and intricately crafted iron gates. Cerulean skies. Salt water scents that float inland on sea breezes across the harbor. Culture, cobblestones and fine cuisine.
